Etna Bianco Superiore Pietra Marina by Benanti is a Sicilian white wine of great elegance and complexity. Made with Carricante grapes grown in the Rinazzo district of Milo, this Etna DOC stands out for its minerality and aromatic persistence. Fermentation occurs with indigenous yeasts selected by Benanti, and the wine ages on the fine lees, giving it unique structure and complexity.

Grapes: 100% Carricante.

Aging: 30 months on the fine lees in stainless steel, 12 months in bottle.

Tasting notes: Intense straw yellow color with golden highlights. The nose reveals a rich and complex bouquet, with notes of ripe fruit, citrus, white flowers, and mineral notes. On the palate, it is enveloping and savory, with a pronounced acidity and a long aromatic finish.
